Job summary

Bigbitecompany Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled finance professional to handle month-end closing, planning, and financial reporting. The role oversees tax compliance, corporate taxes, GST, and withholding tax filings, while managing daily finance operations and cash controls.

The candidate will monitor AR aging, coordinate with vendors and tax agents, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely audits.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards SFRS, Corporate Tax, and GST regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in ERP systems or process improvement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monthly F/S closing (BS/PL).
• Planning/Projection (PL/CF).
• Financial Statement reporting / Annual audit.
• Handle tax compliance, including corporate tax, GST, and withholding tax filing.
• Manage daily finance operations, including but not limited to - Accounts payable and receivable, journal entries and transaction processing, sales reporting and cash control.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Liaise with external parties (vendors, landlords, tax agents) and coordinate with regional teams.
