Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver services for warranty and non-warranty to customers on time and effectively.
• Repair, service, maintain, and troubleshoot machines.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing complaints quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate between factories/external suppliers and customers/dealers for on-site consulting, debugging, and technical assistance.
• Prepare service and maintenance schedules and execute them with factories and customers/dealers.
• Coordinate enquiries, quotations, and deliveries of spare parts.
• Update and maintain records of machine history and warranty.
• Provide clear customer feedback and support for new product developments.
• Report weekly and monthly on these tasks to the Service Manager.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
