Job summary

Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co.,ltd is seeking a field service technician to maintain and repair AWP/EWP and Material Handling equipment across the region. The role involves field and workshop work, warranty issue handling, and close collaboration with customers to ensure high service standards.

The ideal candidate will travel to various sites, support regional customers, and be willing to travel internationally to support Southeast Asian operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery or related field.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Good communication and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products in the field and in the workshop.
• Address warranty issues promptly and communicate about repair limitations.

• Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for products and services.
• Be prepared to travel internationally to support operations in other Southeast Asian countries, ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, or a related field


• Hands-on ability and a willingness to troubleshoot and solve problems


• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude


• Comfortable working on-site and supporting customers with equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service


• Previous field service experience is a plus, but not required


• Open to candidates with little or no relevant experience.
