• Preferably 2 years of experience in fieldwork operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage fieldwork processes including briefing, training, recruiting and supervising interviewers and vendors.
• Oversee recruitment, coordination and performance of interviewers, recruiters and vendors.
• Manage project tasks such as questionnaire reviews and survey link checks.
• Track project and fieldwork progress and deadlines.
• Escalate risks or challenges related to fieldwork and projects promptly.
• Attend fieldwork observations and conduct audits of interviewers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Verian quality standards including data protection and project management practices.
