Job summary

BARE International Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive / Project Coordination Assistant to support our Operations team in Singapore. You will coordinate mystery shopping projects, scheduling, evaluator management, and client follow-ups in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem solving, and efficient execution across programs, with hybrid onsite presence in Singapore and opportunities to contribute to reports and ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification (Nitec, Higher Nitec, diploma, or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship, coordination, customer service, administrative, or project support experience are OK.
• Preferred experience in project coordination, customer service, market research, mystery shopping, fieldwork coordination, recruitment, or client support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and assignment of evaluations with evaluators.
• Support the Key Account Manager in coordinating mystery shopping and client research projects.
• Maintain project calendars, post evaluations, and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate with evaluators and clients to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
• Assist in recruitment and management of evaluators.
• Participate in team and company meetings and ad-hoc reporting.
