Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Application Engineer to deliver front-line technical support and guide product development for notebook display solutions in Singapore. You will gather requirements, communicate issues to HQ, and help customers through qualification phases to MP readiness.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics or related field, have 3–5 years in electronics, and hands-on multi-disciplinary system design experience, including field

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronics industry.
• Hands-on multi-disciplinary system design including electrical, electronics, mechanical, and software aspects.
• Field experience as an FAE in notebook display industry.

Responsabilités

• Deliver front-line technical support to customers during product development to resolve issues.
• Gather and document detailed technical requirements from customers.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to HQ Application team for resolution.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and trust.
• Assist customers through product qualification phases until mass production (MP).
• Present pre-sales technical information on product strategies, roadmaps, features, industry trends, and competitive positioning to customers.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform Marketing on design requirements, product improvements, and new product opportunities.
• Demonstrate and explain new products to customers to support adoption and understanding.
• Perform tests and evaluations for display product qualification to verify product performance and compliance.

• Deliver front-line technical support to customers during product development to resolve issues and facilitate progress
• Gather and document detailed technical requirements and specifications from customers to guide product development
• Communicate technical issues clearly and provide detailed explanations to the HQ Application team for resolution
• Conduct regular customer visits to build and strengthen long-term relationships and trust
• Assist customers throughout product qualification phases to ensure adherence to development schedules until mass production (MP)
• Present pre-sales technical information on product strategies, roadmaps, features, industry trends, and competitive positioning to customers
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform Marketing on design requirements, product improvements, and new product opportunities
• Demonstrate and explain new products to customers to support adoption and understanding
• Perform tests and evaluations for display product qualification to verify product performance and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry.
• Practical field experience or hands-on knowledge in multi-disciplinary system design and development, including electrical, electronics, computerized, and mechanical systems.
• Field experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in the notebook display industry.
