Job summary

DBS Asia Central is seeking a Sales Manager for Global Transaction Services within the Financial Institutions and Public Sector focus. You will manage insurance and government-linked accounts, drive cash management and trade solutions, and expand DBS market share across Asia with a strategic, data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with product, operations, technology, and compliance teams to tailor banking solutions, coordinate regional plans, and deliver on revenue targets while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in transaction banking or corporate banking coverage, preferably with a focus on institutional investors.
• Degree qualification in Economics/Business/Finance/Engineering or relevant discipline.
• CMFAS or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strategic mindset to support market analysis.
• Knowledge of cash management, trade finance, securities services and FX.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to develop marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate relationships with FIG and Government Linked Corporation clients, focusing on insurance and public sector accounts.
• Provide back-up support to senior FISS sales managers and drive cash, trade, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and present pitches, manage mandates and deal implementation, and track deal pipelines.
• Coordinate regional account plans and RFP responses with IBG Sector/Segment teams.
