Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in GTS or corporate banking sales.
• Master’s degree in Banking, Business Management or Finance.
• Strong product knowledge in cash, open account trade, and trade finance.
• Proven ability to perform in a matrix organization and regional multi-country franchise.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth from local and cross-border cash & trade solutions.
• Credit experience/knowledge is preferred.
• Able to influence outcomes and work effectively in teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential issues.
• Demonstrates strong initiative and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Grow GTS client revenues by expanding wallet share through new and recurring product sales.
• Secure Cash and Trade mandates from assigned clients and prospects.
• Build a comprehensive pipeline of GTS opportunities for clients and prospects.
• Plan and execute detailed GTS Client Plans for Priority Clients.
• Advise clients on digital transformation of cash management, open account trade and trade finance solutions.
• Drive revenue targets and KPIs for the GTS portfolio.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Product Management and COO teams to design GTS solutions.
• Lead client journeys and digital engagement across the GTS franchise.
