Job summary

Hubble Financial Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Business Development professional to expand our Factoring and Early Payment Solutions within the SME sector.

You will engage and pitch to SME owners, helping them unlock cash flow by offering factoring and early-payment financing on unpaid invoices. You will grow the client base, identify creditworthy buyers, and manage end-to-end onboarding, facility approvals, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Banking, or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in Singapore, ideally in SME loans, Factoring or Supply Chain Financing.
• Strong network within the SME financing ecosystem is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles within fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a new client base to expand the company’s Factoring and Early Payment Solution portfolio.
• Proactively identify, engage, and secure new factoring relationships and creditworthy buyers to offer Early Payment Solutions to their supply chain suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including internal facility approvals, execution of facility documentation, and full account implementation.
• Provide continuous feedback to the management team to enhance client experience, streamline processes, and improve product features and structure.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery, service excellence, and long-term partnership success.
