Job summary

Hubble Financial Services Pte Ltd is expanding its Factoring and Early Payment Solutions in Singapore. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma, preferably in Business, Banking, or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in Singapore, ideally in SME loans, Factoring or Supply Chain Financing.
• Strong network within the SME financing ecosystem is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles within fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive portfolio growth.
• Strong capability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus.
• Excellent teamwork, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain strategies and technical information, build rapport, and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a new client base to expand the company's Factoring and Early Payment Solution portfolio.
• Proactively identify, engage, and secure new factoring relationships and creditworthy buyers to offer Early Payment Solutions to their supply chain suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including internal facility approvals, execution of facility documentation, and full account implementation.
• Provide continuous feedback to the management team to enhance client experience, streamline processes, and improve product features and structure.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery, service excellence, and long-term partnership success.
