Job summary

Culum Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive business development, build client relationships, and promote factoring solutions to SMEs and large corporates. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and onboarding, tailoring financing proposals to meet client needs.

You will identify financing requirements, collaborate with credit, operations, and legal teams, and strive to exceed revenue targets while staying abreast of market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in factoring, trade finance, commercial banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of corporate financing, receivables management, and credit analysis will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate confidence in handling challenging situations with clients.
• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent skills in networking.
• Existing network of SME and corporate clients in Singapore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads across various industries.
• Understand clients’ financing requirements and present tailored factoring solutions to address their working capital needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and onboarding.
• Initiate sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the business portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
