Job summary

sggovterp in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager (Space Management) to lead operation, facilities management and maintenance of MPA properties, executing effective strategies to improve facilities performance.

You will establish high service standards at MPA properties, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, planning budgets, promoting green initiatives, and ensuring safety and compliance across the facilities portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project & Facilities Management/ operation/Engineering is required.
• Independence, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders and public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of MPA's facilities meets expected standards for daily operations.
• Work with vendors/contractors and private operators to ensure smooth facility operation.
• Coordinate retrofitting, infrastructure development, and maintenance; ensure contracts are performed as specified.
• Plan budget requirements and work with Procurement on tenders and awards of iFM and related contracts.
• Collaborate to integrate green initiatives and energy efficiency in facilities management strategies.
• Assist in planning development of new facilities, considering O&M requirements to minimize costs.
• Support Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health policies and risk assessments as part of Workplace Safety & Health committee.
