Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in Building and Facilities Management.
• Experience in management and operation of commercial properties such as cruise centres or terminals.
• Broad understanding of benchmarks like Green Mark and Energy Trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and operations of MPA properties.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for maintenance and retrofitting works.
• Monitor service contracts for facilities management.
