Job summary

Rainbow Centre Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive (Facilities Management) to ensure smooth daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the RC estate and facilities. You will conduct regular M&E inspections, implement safety policies, and manage service subcontractors to achieve high standards.

On-call availability for emergencies is required. Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services/M&E and 0–2 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services/M&E required.
• Entry level to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Work on-site is required and on-call emergencies may occur during off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventive/corrective maintenance for M&E installations.
• Plan and manage fire safety and security systems maintenance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; supervise service contracts.
• Oversee transportation and fleet maintenance for school vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
