Job summary

Rainbow Center in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive (Facilities Management) to oversee daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the estate, ensuring safety, accessibility and reliability of facilities.

You will perform regular M&E inspections, coordinate with security, cafeteria and transport vendors, stay compliant with authorities, and manage on-call response to emergencies, aiming for minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in facilities management and operation of buildings.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers.
• Understanding of safety regulations and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of RC estate and facilities.
• Conduct regular M&E inspections and ensure compliance with authorities.
• Coordinate with security, cafeteria, and transport vendors to meet service levels.
• on-call and emergency response to facility issues during off-hours.
