Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Executive, Facilities Management to lead daily FM operations and a team, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient building services. You will manage contractors, maintenance programmes and asset records while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires overseeing safety compliance, risk management and budgeting support in a rostered, 5/6-day shift environment with night-shift allowances. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant FM experience.
• Experience in operations, maintenance and contractor/vendor management.
• Knowledge of WSH, fire safety and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance to ensure reliable performance.
• Plan and monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting and emergency response to minimize disruption.
• Supervise and coach a team of Facilities Management staff.
• Manage contractors, service providers and vendors to meet contract and safety requirements.
• Develop and review SOPs, safety plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance records and warranty docs.
• Prepare maintenance reports and support budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with WSH and statutory requirements.
