Job summary

Heartbeat@Bedok is seeking a Senior Manager (Facilities Management) to support the General Manager in day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and governance of the hub’s infrastructure. You will collaborate with the ICH FM team to ensure safety, reliability, and community readiness across contracts and budgets.

This role requires a professional qualification in Building/MEP/FM, at least 3 years in facilities or estate management, and strong planning, vendor, and reporting skills to keep

Qualifications

• Professional certification in Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities/estate management experience.
• 5 years of managing a commercial complex, sports facility, or retail mall facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations at Heartbeat@Bedok, ensuring safe, functional, community-ready infrastructure.
• Manage IFM contracts with governance, follow-up on variations, and documentation per procedures.
