Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking an Operations & Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee daily infrastructure and facilities maintenance across bus depots, interchanges and operational premises in Singapore. You will coordinate inspections, monitor preventive and corrective works, and ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will supervise outsourced contractors, manage service providers, handle procurement requests, keep accurate records, and support continuous improvement through reporting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily infrastructure and facilities maintenance across bus depots, interchanges, and operational premises.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and common areas to ensure safety and reliability.
• Identify defects and safety hazards; coordinate rectification with contractors and service providers.
• Monitor completion of preventive, corrective, breakdown, and ad-hoc maintenance per standards and schedules.
• Supervise outsourced contractors and service providers for facilities services including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and security.
• Oversee contractor performance, service standards, attendance, and compliance with contracts.
• Raise asset requests, purchase orders, and process invoices; maintain records and permits.
• Monitor diesel operations and fuel documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and identify efficiency improvements.
