Job summary

SMRT Corporation, Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead a team of Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers responsible for maintaining IFM equipment across SMRT stations, depots and tunnels.

You will oversee fault investigations, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and reliability. The role requires strong leadership, multi-discipline technical know-how, and the ability to manage outages and

Qualifications

• Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven maintenance management experience for IFM equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and control systems understanding.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of AE/TO for PM, CM and fault attendance in Station/Tunnel/Depot.
• Provide technical guidance for fault attendance, troubleshooting and rectification.
• Ensure accurate planning and execution of PM/CM works.
• Record work orders on SAP or Maximo and plan backlog maintenance.
• Conduct fault analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments and company policies.
