Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a Facility Executive in Jurong East to oversee leasing, tenant relations, and comprehensive building operations. The role requires coordinating with vendors and contractors while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

You will manage maintenance projects, support audits, and monitor energy use and budgets. A diploma in facilities management and at least five years' relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on facilities management or building services experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety, fire safety, and building regulations.
• Strong background in building system maintenance and vendor management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills; independent.

Responsibilities

• Lease management and tenant relations; respond to feedback and requests.
• Oversee building maintenance; coordinate with vendors, contractors, and tenants for timely repairs.
• Manage contractor tenders, service contracts, performance monitoring, and completion verification.
• Coordinate facility projects from scope creation to execution and defect rectification.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, SCDF building, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support internal/external audits, emergency plans, drills, and incident follow-ups.
• Maintain audit-ready facility records and monitor energy usage and budgets for cost savings.
