Job summary

REGIONAL ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily maintenance and operations of the warehouse and office facilities in the East of Singapore.

You will coordinate external contractors for M&E servicing, cleaning, and security, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on facility management experience, a relevant Diploma, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing industrial/commercial facilities.
• Fire Safety Manager certification is highly desirable.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities; able to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and operations of the warehouse and office facilities.
• Manage and supervise external contractors performing M&E servicing, cleaning, and security services.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and schedule prompt repairs.
• Assist in budget planning, tracking facility expenses, and processing contractor invoices.
• Ensure building compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental standards.
