• Good understanding of Singapore F&B market and trends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, driving performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting and operational performance analysis.
• Manage, coach and develop outlet managers and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and licensing requirements.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory and vendor management to optimise costs and efficiency.
