Job summary

Grand Park City Hall is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to oversee the strategic and operational functions of the department, reporting directly to the General Manager. The successful candidate will drive excellence in service, optimize performance, and align F&B initiatives with the hotel’s goals.

You will prepare the annual F&B budget, direct activities across outlets, develop innovative concepts, monitor costs and staffing, and ensure high standards of food quality and service while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop F&B concepts and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the hotel’s annual F&B budget including manpower, capex, and OPEX.
• Direct F&B activities in line with the hotel’s F&B plan.
• Develop F&B products and services to highlight outlets' strengths.
• Monitor competitive offerings and pricing to grow F&B business.
• Guide the team to achieve financial targets and control costs.
• Direct daily F&B operations focusing on staffing, service quality, and food standards.
• Ensure outlets are staffed according to expected volume.
• Review procedures for resource efficiency.
• Ensure staff training and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain high quality food and service standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
