Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior/Manager to lead the Cluster Recruitment unit within TADA. You will design and implement progressive recruitment strategies, partnering with HR teams to build a sustainable pipeline of nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals across SingHealth institutions.

You will deliver insights through regular recruitment reports, influencing senior management decisions and advancing talent attraction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• At least 6 years of HR or talent acquisition experience with 1+ year in a managerial role.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across organizations.

Join SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource Division - Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) team and play a meaningful role in ensuring that SingHealth and its institutions are equipped with the healthcare talent needed to deliver excellent patient care across our cluster.

We are seeking a Senior / Manager to lead the Cluster Recruitment unit within TADA. In this role, you will partner with Cluster Domain Chiefs and Institutions' HR teams to deliver innovative staffing solutions that build a steady, sustainable pipeline of Nurses, Pharmacists, and Allied Health Professionals across SingHealth.

What You Will Do:

You will design and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies, and processes that reflect best practices and meet the evolving needs of SingHealth. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will explore creative recruitment initiatives to expand and diversify the healthcare talent pool available to SingHealth and its institutions. You will also provide regular recruitment reports to senior management and stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen our talent attraction efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resource or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Prior experience in a healthcare talent acquisition role will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and influence across organisations
• Independent and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
