Job summary

Southern Palladium Limited (SPD) invites applications for the Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to connect talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, partner hiring managers on workforce priorities and deliver a superior candidate experience. You will build talent pipelines, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive employer branding and early-career hiring initiatives.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field, at least 7 years in recruitment, and solid knowledge

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offers and follow-up.
• Partner hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines via digital platforms, networks, referrals, career fairs and partnerships.
• Champion a professional, timely and inclusive candidate experience.
• Use recruitment data to support dashboards, planning and manpower reviews.
• Maintain manpower data on a weekly basis.
• Drive employer branding and early-career hiring initiatives.
• Support implementation and adoption of the Applicant Tracking System.

You will also help strengthen our employer brand, talent pipelines and recruitment capabilities.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and pre-employment follow-up.
• Partner hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and source candidates through digital platforms, networks, referrals, career fairs and institutional partnerships.
• Champion a professional, timely and inclusive candidate experience.
• Use recruitment data and insights to support dashboards, workforce planning and manpower reviews.
• Maintain and update manpower data on a weekly basis.
• Drive employer branding and early-career hiring initiatives.
• Support the successful implementation and adoption of the Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and fair hiring principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence using recruitment technology and data; ATS or recruitment analytics experience is an advantage.
