Job summary

SingHealth's Graduate Medical Education Office seeks a Senior Executive to support the SingHealth Residency programme and ensure compliance with national training standards. The role involves day-to-day educational activities, documentation, and coordinating with faculty and residents to ensure a high‑quality learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or training environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and independent work capability.
• Able to collaborate across internal and external departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Residency Programme and ensure accreditation standards are met.
• Assist with day‑to‑day educational and administrative activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Programme Director and faculty.
• Ensure adequate trained faculty and maintain welfare for residents.
• Collaborate with Programme Coordinators, department staff and GME Office on events.
