Job summary

NHG Health is seeking an Associate Executive for the Education Development Office (GME) on a full-time 1-year contract in Singapore. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will join a team that coordinates postings, evaluations, and training for residency programs.

You will support the Assistant Designated Institutional Officer, Program Directors, and faculty, manage meetings, track KPIs, and assist with examinations and events.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Healthcare background would be an advantage.
• Positive work attitude with a can-do spirit; ability to learn quickly; good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for trainees' rotation, on-the-job training, assessments and evaluations.
• Coordinate postings, examinations and teaching activities for residency programs.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings with program stakeholders and faculty.
• Assist with program accreditation, KPI reporting, and learning environment improvements.
• Support events management and use of education technology where needed.
