Job summary

IHH Healthcare Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in Corporate Real Estate Services to support the leasing needs of out-of-hospital facilities, including Radiology clinics and Parkway sites. The role involves negotiations, due diligence, and ensuring proper lease documentation, with interaction across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate or Business and 2–3 years of leasing experience, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in new leases and renewals including all related work.
• Support out-of-hospitals business units’ real estate requirement (Radiology clinics, Parkway Shenton, Parkway Laboratory, Executive Health Screening clinics).
• Support IHH Healthcare office leases matters in Singapore.
• Governing the B1 office compliance for existing space.
• Source for potential retail tenants/sites, collect data on relevant market trends, rental rates and work with Facilities Management/Technical Services team to conduct due diligence checks.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, and handle negotiations on lease terms.
• Ensure smooth and proper handover/takeover with accurate and complete lease documentations.
• Prepare and collate market research data, as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned by HOD and reporting officer, as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate or Business
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in leasing
• Ability to work with people of all levels, understand stakeholders' needs and manage their expectations
• Possess good communication and analytical skills
