Job summary

Interlocal Centre, located at Pasir Panjang, seeks a Projects & Facilities Senior Executive to oversee renovation, A&A, upgrades and fit-out projects from planning to completion.

You will monitor schedules, budgets and site progress while supervising daily facilities operations, maintenance, and M&E systems. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a 5.5-day work week in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in FM, engineering or related.
• 3–5 years in facilities or project coordination.
• Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation, A&A, upgrading, and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and site progress.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective works.
• Manage building services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, lifts, and other M&E systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors, evaluate quotations, and verify completed works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety, and WSH requirements.
• Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues, fit-out works, and service requests.
• Maintain project documentation, maintenance records, budgets, and operational reports.

• Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
• Strong project coordination, contractor management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

• This role is to be based in Pasir Panjang.
• 5.5 day work week, with alternate half day on Saturdays.
