Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on accurate receipting, card charging, and reconciliations while delivering excellent customer account support and proactive stakeholder engagement.

You will manage multiple payment streams, resolve account-related queries, and contribute to a fast-paced environment that values learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry.
• Experience in GI Insurance would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely receipting for all payment modes in system.
• Process credit card charging for GI products.
• Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations.
• Resolve customer queries and enquiries in relation to their accounts.
• Timely clearing unreconciled premium collections in bank statement and SOA.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
