sggovterp in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training (IBT) Division to help build and sustain strong industry partnerships that support workplace learning, training, and workforce development initiatives.

You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth implementation of workplace learning programmes, manage accounts payable/receivable, grants, procurement, budgeting, and produce data-driven reports.

Formación

• At least 2 years of administrative or finance-related experience
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask
• Customer-oriented mindset with stakeholder responsiveness
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience in data analysis; familiarity with RPA and AI tools is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support implementation of training schemes
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and monitor partner fees
• Administer government grants and process disbursements
• Support procurement and overall budget tracking
• Perform data analysis and generate management reports
