Job summary

The Institute Of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training (IBT) Division to provide administrative and financial support for workplace learning, training, and workforce development initiatives.

You will handle scheme administration, accounts payable/receivable, government grants, procurement, and budget tracking, while delivering data-driven insights to support operations and management decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask.
• Customer-oriented mindset and responsive to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in data analysis; familiarity with RPA and AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the implementation of training schemes and programmes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring fees charged to training partners.
• Administer government grants, including processing disbursements and supporting reporting requirements
• Support procurement processes and overall budget tracking and management
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support operational and management needs
