Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or finance‑related roles.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with responsiveness to stakeholder needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in data analysis, RPA and AI tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the implementation of training schemes and programmes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring fees charged to training partners
• Administer government grants, including processing disbursements and supporting reporting requirements
• Support procurement processes and overall budget tracking and management
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support operational and management needs
