Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training Division to build and sustain strong industry partnerships that support workplace learning, training, and workforce development initiatives.

You will identify potential industry partners, support companies with training needs analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement workplace learning programmes and related activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

What the role is

As a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training Division, you will play a key role in building and sustaining strong industry partnerships to support workplace learning, training, and workforce development initiatives.

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• Identify and engage potential industry partners to collaborate with ITE on workplace learning programmes and training schemes
• Support companies in their training needs analysis and recommend suitable ITE programmes and solutions
• Work closely with participating companies to develop and sustain training opportunities for ITE trainees
• Gather and provide insights on industry trends, workforce needs, and developments in workplace learning
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and implement workplace learning programmes and related activities
• Perform administrative and operational duties to support programme delivery

What we are looking for

You should have:

• At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales;
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and project management experience
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of AI tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics/Visualisation will be an added advantage
