Job summary

The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) is seeking a Senior Executive in its Industry-Based Training Division to build and sustain strong industry partnerships for workplace learning, training, and workforce development. You will identify partners, analyse training needs, and develop opportunities with participating companies to support trainees.

The role requires collaboration across internal teams, insights on industry trends, and strong project management skills to drive successful

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of AI tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and data analytics/visualisation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential industry partners to collaborate with ITE on workplace learning programmes and training schemes.
• Support companies in their training needs analysis and recommend suitable ITE programmes and solutions.
• Work closely with participating companies to develop and sustain training opportunities for ITE trainees.
• Gather and provide insights on industry trends, workforce needs, and developments in workplace learning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and implement workplace learning programmes and related activities.
• Perform administrative and operational duties to support programme delivery.
