Public Service Division is seeking a capable administrator to support the Student Internship Programme (SIP) operations and system administration across the Polytechnic. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency through process improvements, dashboards, and digital platforms.
You will liaise with schools, gather requirements, update SOPs, and maintain SIP resources, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to MOE and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting the operations, systems administration, and driving process improvements to enhance the Student Internship Programme (SIP) experience and operational efficiency across the Polytechnic.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Povide operational support and system administration to schools, including the SIP system, dashboards, Internship Resource Hub and other digital platforms.
Liaise with schools to gather operational requirements and feedback, coordinate follow-up on operational and system-related issues, update guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reference materials to support consistent implementation.
Maintain SIP resources, including dashboards, Internship Resource Hub, and other digital repositories to ensure information remains accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with operational needs.
Compile and prepare internship statistics and management reports to support reporting requirements for the Ministry of Education (MOE), TP Management and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain communication materials and digital platforms to support stakeholder engagement, change management, and dissemination of information.
Support the testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation and post-implementation support of new SIP systems and digital solutions.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the department.
