Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager in the Partners’ Engagement team to develop new partnerships and build strong working relationships with GPs, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

You will plan outreach events, engage participants, coordinate with hospital departments to share services, handle partner feedback, and drive growth in mindshare and market share.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Good analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager in the Partners’ Engagement team will assist to provide support to the Senior Manager/Senior Assistant Director in this team to develop new partnership and to provide and build strong working relationship with all partners (GP, Insurance, and Internal stakeholders). The team will aim to expand and grow both mindshare and market share for the hospital.

The job duties include but is not limited to the following:

• Provide exceptional patient care, especially for referrals from partners to foster good working relationship.
• Proactive to engage participants in all engagement activities to provide information on hospital / department’s services and seek feedback for improvement.
• Be pro-active & work with internal departments and other SingHealth Institutions to plan outreach events to update stakeholders on services and new initiatives.
• Pursue partner feedback through to resolution, ensuring effective outcomes that enhance collaborative working relationships.
• Actively seeking new partnership to grow mindshare and market share for the hospital.
• Plan, coordinate and manage engagement activities with partners (e.g. GP, insurance providers, TCM practitioners), corporate organisations and pharmaceutical companies to provide continued health education and updated hospital services.
• Collaborate and maintain good relationship with partners to ensure seamless referral process to SGH.
• Handle any project & tasks assigned by supervisor / management

Job Requirement

• Relevant Degree with at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or related industry preferred. Individuals with more than 6 years of relevant work experience & foreign language skills may also be considered
• Strong interpersonal skills with initiative, pleasant disposition and ability to work independently. Must be able to work well and interact with people at all levels.
• Good analytical, organisational and communication (both verbal and written) skills, good time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
