Singapore General Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee outsourced ES contracts and leverage data, IT systems, and dashboards to support operations. You will collaborate with service providers, users, and stakeholders to ensure safe, clean environments and continuous improvements.
You will develop and monitor dashboards and KPIs, provide statistical insights, and support decision-making for resource planning.
The Environmental Services (ES) Senior Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible to manage outsourced service contracts and leveraging data, IT systems, statistics and technology to support operations and drive service excellence. He / She will work closely with service providers, users, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance with service standards, and continuous process improvement to provide a safe & clean environment to patient, public and staff.
Your job roles will include, but not be limited to the following:
Manage and monitor outsourced Environmental Services contracts, including housekeeping, linen, pest control, waste management, and landscaping services.
Ensure service providers comply with contractual requirements, KPIs, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits, inspections, and service performance reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Investigate service-related incidents, complaints, and operational issues, and coordinate corrective actions with service providers.
Developing and implementing department work plans consistent with the directions and priorities of the Hospital.
Extract, analyse, and interpret operational data from various systems to support decision-making and resource planning.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators for contract monitoring and management reporting.
Provide statistical analysis and operational insights to support process improvements and service optimisation.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree of any discipline.
Experience in contract management, facilities management, healthcare operations, or support services is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and statistics.
A team player, good communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with IT systems, data analytics or business intelligence tools, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards and data visualization/reporting tools like Power BI) would be an advantage
