Lead and manage the Environmental Services department to deliver high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
Build, develop, and mentor a high performing team through coaching, staff engagement, training, and succession planning.
Manage outsourced service providers and ensure contractual, operational, and quality requirements are achieved.
Plan and manage departmental manpower, budgets, resources, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the hospital to support operational needs and organizational objectives.
Participate in selected cross functional projects and hospital initiatives as part of professional development and leadership growth.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in Environmental Services, Facilities Management, hospitality, Healthcare, or other service-related industries.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive service excellence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential.
