Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee outsourced ES contracts and leverage data, IT systems, and dashboards to support operations. You will collaborate with service providers, users, and stakeholders to ensure safe, clean environments and continuous improvements.

You will develop and monitor dashboards and KPIs, provide statistical insights, and support decision-making for resource planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or facilities management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced Environmental Services contracts (housekeeping, linen, pest control, waste, landscaping).
• Ensure providers meet contractual KPIs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections and performance reviews to identify gaps.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions with providers.
