Qualifications

• 2+ years’ relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
• Highly independent, meticulous, and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage outsourced Environmental Services.
• Monitor KPIs and review contractor performance monthly.
• Coordinate with users and service partners for smooth delivery.
• Oversee budgeting exercises and monitor expenses.
• Conduct routine audits and joint inspections to ensure standards.
• Prepare reports to support management decisions.
