National University of Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in the Dean's Office (Office for Students) at the Kent Ridge Campus. The role centres on managing admissions activities, coordinating events and supporting student-facing initiatives within the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

You will work with senior faculty and a broad network of internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality student admissions experiences and related programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong event management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in admissions, event planning or project management is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute the annual NUS Medicine admissions exercise, including interviews and admissions operations.
• Coordinate admissions outreach events (Open House, talks, webinars) and applicant events.
• Contribute to process improvements, digital initiatives and data analysis for admissions.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinicians, student leaders and external stakeholders on programmes and events.
• Support planning and execution of projects, events, vendor coordination and committee work.
• Coordinate PSCC meetings and case management with confidentiality.
• Assist strategic initiatives to enhance student experience and medical education.
• Admissions interviews and major outreach peak January–May with ~10–12 weekends of work annually.
