Job summary

MCI Career Services seeks a Senior Executive, Academic Admission and Marketing in Singapore to support undergraduate degree examination matters, board meetings, and admissions administration while developing digital media strategies for outreach and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include updating course mappings for overseas exchanges, handling credit transfers and surveys, managing student and alumni databases, and supporting annual admissions activities.

Qualifications

• Three years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic Support for Undergraduate Degree exam matters such as supporting Board of Examiners meeting and carrying out analysis on examination results and post exam admin work.
• Provide administrative support for students on Overseas Exchange such as assisting with checking of course mapping forms for the different specialisations in overseas partner universities, post exchange support including credit transfer and surveys and preparation of statistical reports on student data.
• Develop a suitable digital media strategy for the different stakeholders of the programme and support in outreach events and assist with communication materials.
• Provide administrative support for the annual admissions exercise.
• Provide administrative support for the updating of student and alumni database to support the accreditation exercise.
