Job summary

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within maintenance, repair, or engineering service environments.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to the maintenance and engineering industry.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and software for project management and reporting.
