Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks a maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance of industrial assets in the yard and to develop preventive maintenance schedules for asset reliability. You will conduct predictive maintenance, monitor conditions, and coordinate corrective activities.

The role requires 2+ years' experience, strong planning and coordination skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance of industrial assets, equipment or facilities.
• Strong planning, organization and manpower coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee maintenance of all assets within the yard.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure asset reliability and longevity.
• Conduct predictive maintenance activities, including condition monitoring and analysis, to identify potential equipment failures.
• Supervise troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment issues and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize manpower utilization for maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support maintenance operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
