Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure task execution aligned with client requirements. You will develop strategies to improve efficiency, safety, and quality, manage resources and budgets, and drive data-driven decision making while upholding health and environmental policies.

This role requires proven leadership in MRO or related industries and a track record of continuous improvement

• Good understanding of operational best practices, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
