Job summary

ST Engineering Land MRO & Services Pte Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor/assistant manager to oversee daily maintenance operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion and support the implementation of safety protocols and quality controls. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to analyse data for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in maintenance, repair, or engineering service environments.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in maintenance/engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and project reporting tools.

• Assist the management team in planning, organising, and overseeing daily operational activities to meet organisational goals effectively.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.

• Support the implementation of quality control measures, safety protocols, and compliance with industry regulations.

• Analyse operational data to identify areas for process optimisation and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate communication between various departments, clients, and external partners to promote seamless cooperation.

• Prepare reports and presentations related to project progress, resource allocation, and operational performance for senior management review.

• Contribute to training and development efforts by mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within maintenance, repair, or engineering service environments.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
