Job summary

ST ENGINEERING LAND MRO & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor/assistant manager to oversee daily operations within our maintenance and engineering service environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, management, or related fields with 3–5 years in supervisory/assistant roles.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills able to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in maintenance/engineering environments.
• Proficiency in computer applications and project management/reporting software.

• Assist the management team in planning, organising, and overseeing daily operational activities to meet organisational goals effectively.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures, safety protocols, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyse operational data to identify areas for process optimisation and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between various departments, clients, and external partners to promote seamless cooperation.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to project progress, resource allocation, and operational performance for senior management review.
• Contribute to training and development efforts by mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within maintenance, repair, or engineering service environments.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
