Job summary

VLIFE (WM) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Events Executive to support planning, coordination and execution of marketing events, roadshows, and corporate events in Singapore.

You will work with internal teams, external partners and vendors in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people, coordinating activities from planning through to execution. Diploma in Marketing or related field and prior experience in events or promotions are

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Events Management, Business or related field.
• Prior experience in events, marketing, customer service or promotions preferred.
• Energetic, approachable and confident when speaking with people.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, roadshows, and promotions.
• Manage event logistics: venue, equipment, materials, refreshments and manpower.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and partners for smooth execution.
• Assist with attendee registration, setup and onsite coordination.
• Prepare event materials such as banners, brochures, and promotional items.
• Support social media content and event communications.
• Capture photos/videos during events for marketing use.
• Maintain records of event documents, contacts and expenses.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
• Undertake other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
