Job summary

Constellar is seeking an experienced events operations professional to deliver end-to-end events at our Singapore venue. You will manage planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up, ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Operations, Facilities, Sales and external partners to optimise timelines, coordinate builds and ensure upsell opportunities are realised while maintaining impeccable service and compliance with venue policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in venue-based events, operations or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities for concurrent events.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to delivering high-quality events.
• Proactive, resourceful and calm under pressure in live environments.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from planning to on-site execution and wrap-up.
• Translate client requirements into operational, compliant event plans.
• Develop timelines, schedules and deployment plans for events.
• Act as primary contact across all event phases, coordinating build-up and teardown.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, Sales and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies, safety standards and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to upsell venue services with internal teams.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate crises when needed.
• Maintain accurate event documentation and records.
